Sea Kayaking

East Sutherland and Caithness have some of the best sea kayaking Scotland has to offer. From beautiful beaches to hidden caves, there is something for everyone to enjoy. We plan trips around most of the East Coast of Scotland and have good paddling relationships with other clubs that we often join for a shared adventure.

Rugged beauty

Sutherland and Caithness have some amazing and rugged coastlines with spectacular scenery and caves. There are plenty of opportunities for bird and sea life spotting.

Annual beach clean

At least once a year, we have a planned beach clean trip, where we paddle to a cove that may have no direct land access and clear single-use plastics, etc.

Surf Kayaking

For the more adventurous , there is  an opportunity for a play on some waves. Locations like Loch Fleet have scenic beauty but can also have some fun waves to play on in the estuary.
